Our mezcal begins with respect for the land. A new generation of master distillers carries forward the legacy of previous generations, honoring Mother Earth by producing only what she provides.

Agave
Cultivation

Our agaves come from small agroforestry parcels where corn, beans, and squash are also cultivated. The other native plants like cactus, prickly pears, mesquites, and huisache provide an ecological balance for mother nature.

Sustainable
Practices

Composting, saving rainwater, intercalated cultivation, and using agave waste as fertilizer are practices that are efficient and consistent ways of using natural resources.
